This turned out delicious
I did the fast version of this but I think it would probably come out better and creamier if I soaked my nuts but I didn't if you choose to soak your nuts they need to be soaked for 4-6 hours
most recipes call for pine nuts but the price of pine nuts are WAY too expensive so I went with some cheaper nuts
1/2 cup hazelnut
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup almond milk
fresh basil I actually ended up using the whole bundle but you want about a cup or 2 if using dried basil you'll use more like 2-3 tablespoons
garlic you can either use the buds if so about 1 or 2 depending on how garlicy you like if using powder I would use about 1 tablespoon
1/2 cup olive oil
then blend either in a food processor or blender if its too thick add in more almond milk, til its smooth and creamy, then add sea salt to taste, for me I like lots of flavor so I tend to add lots of salt, but you can toss this with zucchini noodles, or pasta or others veggies its yummy
